Data recovery depends heavily on the cause of the problem — whether it's accidental deletion, a failing drive, or physical damage. We offer a free initial assessment to determine the chances of recovery before you commit to anything. We handle most recoveries in-house; for severe physical damage we work with specialist labs. We'll always be upfront about the likelihood of success and the cost involved.
You're welcome to drop your device off at our Hyde base — just give us a ring first so we can make sure someone's available. We also offer a collection and return service within the local area. For business clients, we can arrange regular on-site visits and remote support is available for many support and software issues without you needing to leave your home or office.
